More Time. More Flexibility.

What difference could a 10-year HELOC draw period make?

One of our newer HELOC programs provides a 10-year draw period with interest-only payments during those same 10 years, followed by a fully amortized repayment period.

That means qualified homeowners may have access to available funds throughout the draw period rather than having to anticipate every future expense today.

A $25,000 minimum initial draw is required, and the interest rate is variable.

For someone interested in long-term financial flexibility, those additional years of potential access can be worth considering.

The important question isn't simply:

“Can I get a HELOC?”

It's:

“Which HELOC structure makes the most sense for what I'm trying to accomplish?”

I can help you compare the available options—without requiring you to apply simply to have the conversation.
