Good Mortgage Advice Doesn't Always Mean a New Loan

Helping Homeowners Doesn't Always Require a New Mortgage

Many homeowners purchased their properties with less than 20% down and are still paying Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI).

What they may not realize is that certain conventional mortgages allow PMI cancellation based on the home's current value, without refinancing.

For Realtors, this is valuable information to share with past clients who may have purchased several years ago.

If your clients have questions about PMI cancellation, I'm happy to help them understand the requirements and, with their authorization, assist in contacting their mortgage servicer.

Sometimes providing good mortgage advice means helping someone keep the loan they already have.
