Don't Forget Your Realtor

Looking at New Construction Homes?

Here's one important tip many buyers don't learn until it's too late:

Bring your realtor with you on your FIRST visit to the builder.

Many builders require realtor registration during the initial visit. If your realtor isn't there, they may not be able to represent you later in the transaction.

Remember, the builder's sales representative works for the builder. Your realtor works for you.

A good realtor can help review contracts, negotiate terms, explain builder incentives, and guide you through the process from start to finish.

If you need a realtor referral anywhere in California's Central Valley, I'd be happy to help.
